An ornery dragon flies up and down in the wind. Painted bright green and blue with yellow accents, this dragon can be seen flying from a distance. A ring mount is secured on top which may be hung from any hook from which a plant would hang. The flying lines are made of virtually invisible nylon line which is very strong and will last for many years.
